Mr.Henk Tepper who owns Tobique Farms near Grand Falls, NB has been detained in a Beirut Jail since March 23, 2011 under an international arrest warrant. We the undersigned believe that the Canadian government should intervene with the Lebanese authorities and have Mr.Tepper released from the prison and brought back to Canada.
